The Resonant Leader framework that I developed is based on these four characteristics:

Persistent Self-Awareness. This leader uses challenges, situations, and observations about their preferences, strengths and values in action to constantly refine and articulate their identity.

Transformative Perspective.  Through change or initiating change, the leader adapts the business direction and distinction with intention.

Radical Empathy. In working with others, this leader increases understanding in several dimensions to help them be at ease and feel heard.

Authentic Momentum. This leader moves themselves and the business forward while stating true to themselves.
