I have a unique blend of change management, project governance and executive communication skills to help establish, grow, and manage an adaptable project management delivery function. I was a project manager in my early career and have grown my leadership skills and strategic thinking strengths.

In this Zoom story I facilitated customized solutions for specific stakeholder groups like executive assistants, the marketing team, and the regional CIOs. I also created a knowledge hub on an accessible platform with guides for stakeholder groups, tip sheets, training recordings, and the calendar of live training sessions.
Project milestones and product tips were communicated through various newsletters, cascaded through leaders, and shared with key stakeholder groups.
My Zoom story
Most of these talents were used in a project where I led adoption efforts in collaboration with an adoption project manager and a trainer. We onboarded about 30,000 people to the Zoom meeting platform in 60 days.
I utilized a change management approach, filling in stakeholder needs for data, dashboards, and specialized training.
