Additionally, I created a knowledge hub on an accessible platform featuring guides for stakeholder groups, tip sheets, training recordings, and a calendar of live training sessions.
I effectively communicated project milestones and product tips through various newsletters, which were cascaded through leaders and shared with key stakeholder groups, ensuring alignment across all facets of project management.
My Zoom story
Most of these talents were used in a project where I led adoption efforts in collaboration with an adoption project manager and a trainer. We onboarded about 30,000 people to the Zoom meeting platform in 60 days.
I utilized a change management and usability approach, filling in stakeholder needs for data, dashboards, and specialized training, ensuring that interactions were alchemized into experiences that resonated.
